Upon conclusion of the work session, the School Board will adjourn into closed session in accordance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act for the discussion and consideration of personnel disciplinary matters; and, the discussion and consideration of student disciplinary matters and matters that would involve the disclosure of student records. The Board will publicly certify the closed session and vote on the matters discussed therein from the dais of the Public Meeting Room just prior to the 6:30 p.m. start of the business meeting.

As previously noticed, public hearings on the Superintendent’s Proposed FY2027 Financial Plan and the Superintendent’s Proposed FY2027 Capital Improvement Plan will be held at the start of the business meeting. Public comment will be accepted during the business meeting. Citizens requesting to speak before the Board will be given the opportunity to comment in person at the appropriate time.
