Welcome to Salem Church Middle School!
There is a special kind of magic in middle school. Our students arrive as sixth graders still very much elementary children at heart, and leave three years later as confident adolescents ready for high school. Making that transformation happen isn’t luck—it’s the result of a united community coming together so our Seahawk Scholars truly flourish.
Having served Chesterfield students for over 20 years as an English teacher and middle school leader, I am honored to join the Salem Church family as your principal. Together, we will prioritize rigorous, real-world learning that builds strong readers, writers, thinkers, and communicators, while fostering a safe, welcoming culture where every student, family, and staff member feels valued, included, and heard.
Salem Church is more than a building—it is an ecosystem of families, teachers, and community partners working hand-in-hand. Whether I’m cheering on our Seahawks on the field, celebrating their achievements, or greeting you in the office, know that my door is always open.
