Welcome to Lloyd C. Bird High School! Our Skyhawks work hard, play hard and take care of each other everyday! Our vision is to ignite our student’s passion for learning through authentic and captivating experiences. The 2025-26 school year will be unique in many ways. Our teachers and staff are committed to helping students transition back in from virtual/hybrid learning to in person instruction. We are preparing transition lessons to ensure every student experiences learning and success in their coursework this school year – beyond the four walls of a typical classroom.
Summer access to Chromebooks and online instructional applications will only be available for students participating in official summer learning programs, including in-person summer school, CCPSOnline, SOL/SAT Academy, science bridge courses
This summer, families should schedule immunizations for their 4, 11 or 16-year-old students. Primary care appointments are booking several months out and families should schedule early to avoid the late-summer
