Don’t underestimate the importance of having fun participating in school activities. Some of the best times and memories students have are the experiences of belonging to a club or participating in an after school activity.
Clubs and activities are important to join just for the enjoyment that they will bring to most students, but they also allow the students to more easily make friends because the groups are small and they get to be themselves!
Clubs and activities provide students with many positive experiences that help them to become well-rounded individuals who are ready for college or the workplace. It helps students to become active in their school and to feel a connection the school and to others. It provides a sense of pride and school spirit and it is a positive influence on our youth today.

Writers’ Guild is the creative writing club at Clover Hill High School. All students interested in writing are welcome to attend meetings to tackle interesting writing prompts, play word games, share work, or learn about the craft from one another.
We meet most Wednesdays after school and go outside to play Ultimate Frisbee.
Theatre on the Hill is Clover Hill’s award winning theatre department. Producing three shows a year, this program allows kids to perform, work in groups and produce some really wonderful theatre.

The Mission of the CHHS Show Choir Program is to provide students the opportunity to grow as individuals and musicians through performance. It is of utmost importance that students learn good work ethic while enjoying the thrill of performing with their peers. The CHHS Show Choir Program consists of Iridescence (Univoice Show Choir), New Dimensions (Mixed Show Choir), and Big Cheeks (Show Band).
This is an application-based honor society for students who enjoy and excel in science.
The student council helps share students’ ideas, interests, and concerns with teachers and school principals. They also help raise funds for school-wide activities, including social events, community projects, helping people in need and school reform.
To support health related school and community activities.
The Programming Team allows students to collaborate and examine programming problems. Team members can practice breaking down the key elements of a problem and learn to apply the best coding solution/algorithm. Team members will build their skills by applying their knowledge and learning/adapting from the knowledge of others.
The pickleball club meets once a week on the tennis courts to bring students together to learn and play pickleball.
