Clubs and organizations provide students with many positive experiences that help them to become well-rounded individuals who are ready for college or the workplace. Joining a club gives students a chances to explore their interests and talents.
Participation in extracurricular activities will foster creative, social and physical skills that are desirable qualities to colleges and future employers. Involvement can strengthen self-esteem, build lasting friendships and create a lifetime of memories!

Are you interested in engineering? If yes, then TSA may be for you. We explore various fields of engineering through hands on activities that the club chooses as well as prepare for regional engineering competitions.
Cosby’s Spanish Club is a non-academic club for any Cosby student that is excited about the Spanish language and cultures of the Spanish-speaking world. Our activities encourage students to meet with other students who are passionate about the Spanish language and cultures of the Spanish-speaking world to partake in monthly meetings, each of which has different fun activities.
The purpose of this organization shall be to encourage scientific thinking and engagement by advancing students’ knowledge of science, increasing communication between students and the scientific community, and aiding the public with its comprehension of science and the scientific process through student-led public outreach and community service.
The Scholastic Bowl (Academic Team) is a VHSL competition team.
SCA is a student centered club that helps promote and build school spirit. SCA is a great place for students to share ideas about school-wide activities. SCA’s goal is to create a school environment that makes students feel happy, safe and motivated to do great things!
The Muslim Student Association (MSA) is a club that explores Islamic practices and holidays through engaging activities and special events. The MSA welcomes all Cosby students for membership!
Mu Alpha Theta is the National High School and Two-Year College Mathematics Honor Society and was formed in 1957. We are dedicated to inspiring a keen interest in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of mathematics. Currently, more than 100,000 students are Mu Alpha Theta members at more than 2,420 schools in the United States and in 23 foreign countries. At Cosby, students must be enrolled and in good standing in Algebra 2 Honors or higher to become a member.
