The National Junior Honor Society is an organization that seeks to recognize students for academic achievements and encourage them to seek out leadership and service opportunities in their community.

The TCMS SCA is a club for school leaders! Student members represent their homeroom (HOWL) classes and are tasked to work with their school community and get their classmates engaged. Members of the SCA are a voice for the students of the school and are involved in a variety of leadership and service activities. Throughout the school year, the SCA meets once a month to discuss opportunities for the student body, from addressing student needs to organizing fundraisers.

The ProjectLIT Book Club is part of a national, grassroots literacy movement. The students and educators are committed to increasing access to culturally sustaining books and promoting a love of reading in our schools and communities.

Art Club gives TCMS students who enjoy art the opportunity to create, critique, socialize about and with other likeminded art students. We may have some art related guests attend meetings and have opportunities for art related projects in the community.

The chess club’s mission is to teach and learn chess fundamentals peer to peer.

Selected 7th and 8th grade band students perform for sporting events and other special events.
