Over the past 11 years, the Monacan boys basketball team has established itself as a powerhouse, highlighted by a state championship victory in 2016. During this impressive run, the team has averaged nearly 15 wins per season, a testament to the consistent dedication and talent within the program. Central to Monacan’s success is a strong foundation built on teamwork, sportsmanship, and relentless effort—core values that have shaped not only how the game is played, but how the players grow both on and off the court.
