ITS/Center Stage is a way for students to be recognized for their hard work and commitment to the theatre arts. Center Stage is Midlothian High’s special organization to honor students hard work, but students wanting to go the extra mile can apply to be inducted into ITS and will receive a cord at graduation.
Center Stage holds an annual banquet event at the end of the year, celebrating the year’s productions, seniors, and announcing the next season as well as inducting new members. ITS inductions also happen at this ceremony. While being a part of either does not hold a huge time commitment, being a part of the productions to earn points does take up a great deal of time.
Students will be invited to Center Stage banquet two weeks prior to the event, both inductees and those already inducted. Students may ask at any time what their point status is.
