Students work together to create the yearbook. Students will take pictures and write short articles for the yearbook.

Students will participate in weekly practices to train for the Monument Ave 10k race in Richmond. Students will fundraise money to participate in other road races throughout the year.

We collect student writing and artwork and showcase it in a literary magazine to share with the school community.

SCA is whatever the members want it to be! In the 2021-22 school year, we had two chocolate bar fundraising events, planned the 8th grade dance, hung decorations for MANY holidays in the front hall, and planned school-wide spirit weeks. Come to the fall informational meeting to learn more, and bring your ideas!

Students will learn different recipes each meeting. Students will learn about kitchen safety and cooking techniques and will be cooking delicious food!

Students must apply to this club, and it is open to only 8th grade students. Students learn the importance of maintaining high academic standards and volunteering.

Each month we will meet to have fun while learning about French culture through crafts, food, movies, music etc.

Students will learn the rules and procedures of archery.

Art club’s purpose is to provide students a chance to create arts and crafts after school and foster a community of creative types.

Goal and Purpose: To develop student- athletes’ leadership abilities by improving themselves and encouraging others on the team. To implement leadership skills in the sports that they participate in, in the classroom, and in the community. To increase school pride and involvement. To represent EDMS with respect and pride at competitions.
