The purpose of Quill and Scroll is to encourage, support and recognize individual student initiative and achievement in scholastic journalism, regardless the medium. We encourage, support and recognize individual student initiative and achievement in scholastic journalism, regardless the medium.
Members are editors and leaders in their organizations and to not require an additional time commitment outside of the clean-up.
Students must be members of a publications staff to apply. Additionally, students must be an editor and the top 1/3 of their graduating class.
