Mr. Snyder graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.A. in history and earned his Master\u2019s in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has two daughters, and he enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Hokies in his free time. Mr. Snyder has been with Chesterfield County Public Schools for 23 years, and this is his tenth year at Cosby.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Christopher Wahrman, Assistant Principal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mr. Wahrman began his career in high school education in 2006 after earning a B.A. in History from\u00a0Christopher\u00a0Newport University. He earned a\u00a0Master\u2019s in Educational\u00a0Leadership in 2011 from Concordia University. Mr. Wahrman spent 2 years at Buckingham County High School and 11 years at Clover Hill High School as a history\u00a0teacher and coached several sports including football, basketball, baseball, and boys\u2019 volleyball. Prior to coming to Cosby, Mr. Wahrman was an assistant principal at his alma mater, Prince Edward County High School in Farmville, VA. Mr. Wahrman and his wife have two sons and reside in the Cosby\u00a0district. In his free time, Mr. Wahrman and his family enjoy watching and playing sports as well as traveling and camping.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Amanda Dunbrack, Assistant Principal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ms. Dunbrack was raised in Northern Virginia and earned her B.A. in English and initial teaching licensure at The College of William & Mary (Go Tribe!). Ms. Dunbrack began her teaching career in Prince William County where she taught English at first Battlefield High School and then Patriot High School as a member of its inaugural staff. In addition to teaching, Ms. Dunbrack coached both field hockey and soccer. She relocated to Chesterfield County in 2014 and taught English at Manchester High School. Ms. Dunbrack earned her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and has been serving as an administrator at Cosby High School since 2019. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the amazing food destinations around Richmond with her family and supporting her two kids at their events.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

John Poss, Assistant Principal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mr. Poss has been a dedicated educator since 2017, beginning his career as a social studies teacher at Amelia County High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and furthered his education with a Master\u2019s in Educational Leadership from Longwood University.\u00a0 Outside of the classroom, Mr. Poss was the Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Manchester High School (2020-2024) and has also coached for FCA Richmond and River City Elite on a club level. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, resilience, and personal growth, mirroring his educational approach.\u00a0 Mr. Poss resides in Chesterfield County with his wife and two sons. As a family, they enjoy attending college and professional sporting events, fishing on the Chesapeake Bay, and experiencing live music. Mr. Poss is excited to bring his experience and passion for education to Cosby High School, where he will serve as the Dean of Students, fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment for all students.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Cameron Rhew, Assistant Principal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr.\u00a0Rhew earned her B.A. from Longwood University and both her M.Ed. and Ed.D. from Liberty University. \u00a0She began her career as a military counselor for the Virginia Army National Guard before transitioning into education, where she taught at New Life School and later served as Middle School Principal at Fuqua School. \u00a0Following her family\u2019s military relocation\u00a0in 2019, Dr. Rhew joined Chesterfield County Public Schools, where she served as a teacher and department chair at Carver College and Career Academy before joining Cosby High School as Dean of Students in 2021.<\/p>

In 2022, Dr. Rhew was promoted to Assistant Principal at Monacan High School. During her time there, she supported school-wide initiatives focused on academic systems, attendance, school culture, and college and career readiness. In 2026, she returned to Cosby High School as Assistant Principal and is excited to reconnect with the Titan community while continuing to build on the school\u2019s tradition of excellence.<\/p>

Outside of school, Dr. Rhew enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two standard poodles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

TyQun Harris-Oxendine, Dean of Students<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

TyQun Harris-Oxendine\u00a0is the Dean of Students at Cosby High School, bringing more than a decade of experience in special education, behavior support, and student mentorship across Central Virginia. A proud alum of Norfolk State University, where he earned his bachelor\u2019s degree as well as competed as a long jumper on the 2010 MEAC Championship Track & Field Team. He later continued his academic pursuits at Virginia State University, completing a master\u2019s degree, and most recently earned an Educational Leadership & Policy Studies certificate from the University of Richmond to support his growth as a school leader.<\/p>

Before joining Cosby High School, Mr. Harris-Oxendine served Henrico County Public Schools from 2015 to 2025 as both a self-contained and collaborative special education teacher, supporting students with diverse learning needs and advocating for equitable academic and behavioral support. In 2023, he expanded his leadership into the community as the Coordinator of Mentorship for Ox Performance his family\u2019s nonprofit organization focused on social-emotional development, academic success, and fitness-based programming for youth across Chesterfield and Richmond.<\/p>

With a passion for building strong relationships, fostering school pride, and helping students reach their greatest potential, Mr. Harris-Oxendine is excited to serve the Titan community in the 2025\u20132026 school year and beyond. Mrs. Williams has been a school counselor for close to 30 years, starting her career in Fairfax County before relocating her family to the Richmond area. She received her undergraduate degree in Family Studies from the University of Delaware and a Master\u2019s degree in Education and School Counseling from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Mrs. Williams was selected as Cosby Teacher of the Year in 2011-2012.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mr. Swartz earned his B.S. in Social Sciences (Secondary Education) from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming the Director of Student Activities, Mr. Swartz taught Social Studies and coached football and baseball. This is his 23rd year in education and his 14th at Cosby.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Worsham is a proud graduate of Virginia State University (B. S. in Accounting and M. Ed. in Education), Grand Canyon University (M. Ed. in Educational Administration & Supervision), and Liberty University (EdD in Curriculum & Instruction). She has over 20 years of teaching experience as a Special Education teacher and two years of administration experience in correctional education. Dr. Worsham has taught in the elementary, middle, high, and alternative education settings. Dr. Worsham loves spending time with her son and family. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and shopping. This will be her fourth year working for Chesterfield County Public Schools.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
